Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return window: You may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.
Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging. Vinyl decals that have been applied cannot be returned.
How to start a return: Contact us through the contact page on this site or at Christina@christinasuzannnelson.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we will cover it.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you, including shipping.
Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
